Ralf Buechsenschuss is an experienced People Analytics Manager. He started his career in Finance / Internal Audit before moving to HR to drive the Analytics journey. Ralf holds a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration (Open University of London / Cooperative State University of Stuttgart) and a MBA in Global Management (IE Business School, Spain). He has a broad experience in HR Strategy, HR Transformation and People Analytics.
Insights from People Analytics data can be used to drive change, but is still a work in progress. It applies to talent challenges particularly in recruiting and also in performance measurement, compensation, workforce planning, and retention. And People Analytics addresses business issues and is therefore a key enabler of a high-impact HR function. At our first People Analytics Day, we want to help overcome the fear of numbers, GDPR & works councils as well as provide tactics and measures of how to start with People Analytics.
